Payment terms
All prices mentioned in our online shop are final prices.
Until pending payment in full is received, goods purchased remain the property of STOWA.

Dispatch services

Please refer to our shipping information for the current shipping rates.

In case of prepayment, we will wait for the money to be received and ship the goods after receipt of payment.

Deliveries to other European countries are made at gross prices, outside the European Union at net prices. 

If the delivery is made to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible. These include, for example, customs duties, taxes, or money transfer fees (transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions), which are to be borne by the customer. This also applies to refunds due to cancellations or returns.

Any money transfer costs incurred (bank transfer or exchange rate fees charged by credit institutions) shall be borne the customer if the delivery is made to an EU member state but the payment was initiated outside the European Union.

Warranty

For every new purchased watch we grant a legal warranty of 2 years.
Warranty contains the remedy of all defects, which are free of charge and referable to material or production defects. Defects and damages on the watch or the strap/bracelet, which are attributable to inappropriate handling or signs of wear, are not covered by our warranty.

Shipping cost
Encludes shipping, packing and insurance.

Right of withdrawal / cancellation
In the case of non-availability of goods both parties have the right to cancel a purchase.

Right to return unsatisfactory products
Purchased and obtained goods can be returned within 14 days from day of receipt and without giving reasons for the return.

The keeping of this term and decisive date is the date of sending and return. Goods for return need to be sent to following address: Tempus Arte GmbH & Co. KG - STOWA, Rastatter Straße 29, 75179 Pforzheim, Germany. 
In case of an effective cancellation, already received payments need to be refunded by both parties. For any worsening of the goods, STOWA reserves the right to charge for compensation. This can be avoided by not taking the goods in use or to refrain handling which might affect the value of the purchased goods.
