Cooperation between STOWA and the "Wilder Kaiser Classic" 2025
We are delighted to announce the exciting cooperation between our traditional watch manufacturer and the "Wilder Kaiser Classic" 2025. This partnership combines a love of precision watchmaking with a fascination for classic automobiles and promises an unforgettable experience in the breathtaking scenery of the Tyrolean Alps.
The "Wilder Kaiser Classic" is one of the most renowned classic car rallies in Europe and attracts numerous participants and spectators every year. This year, STOWA will act as official partner and enrich the event with its expertise and passion for high-quality watches by being responsible for the timekeeping with our watches. The rally not only offers the opportunity to admire historic vehicles, but also to celebrate the values of craftsmanship and tradition, which are of great importance in both the automotive and watchmaking industries.
As part of this cooperation, STOWA is presenting the Flieger Vintage series and the Tempora Big Eye black chronograph, which perfectly reflect the flair of vintage cars. These watches combine timeless design with state-of-the-art technology and reflect the elegance and style of the original pilot watch from 1940 and the chronograph from 1968. In addition, STOWA will donate a special prize for the best participants of the rally to honor the passion for classic cars and the art of watchmaking.

The Flieger Vintage series
Tradition and modernity do not necessarily stand in each other's way. Quite the opposite. The Vintage series from STOWA offers modern watches with a retro look. The “Classic” pilot watch series in a steel case has now been extended by the new series with a printed dial, hands and “Old Radium” superluminova coating. Pure and extremely functional – with the DNA of the legendary STOWA pilot watches, which have been built almost unchanged since 1940. Vintage design is this beautiful and perfect for everyday use.

Vintage printed dial and hands
The design impresses with the combination of the classic, brushed steel case and matching hands. The numerals and hands each have vintage printing and Superluminova coating in “Old Radium”. Orange in daylight and luminescent yellow-green with high intensity.
Superluminova luminous material
The large, modern and clearly designed dials make it easy to read the time, even at night! The best luminosity of the numbers, markings and hands is also guaranteed by the use of Superluminova “Old Radium” on all models. This luminous material has an orange hue in daylight and thus underlines the vintage character. The afterglow has a yellow-green hue and is of high intensity.
Pilot strap old style with rivets
Classic and trendy at the same time: the leather strap, in brown or black, in the old style, is a real eye-catcher and goes perfectly with all pilot watches. With stainless steel pin buckle and STOWA logo.
The movements
Inside the models are the Swiss-made SW200 and SW210 movements from the Sellita brand in automatic or handwound versions, each in a top version – or the Unitas 6498 with or without small second. All movements are symbols of excellent craftsmanship, which you can admire on all models through the anti-reflective and screw-down sapphire crystal backs. On request, some models in the series can be fitted with the new STOWA logo on the dial and a date can be added as an option. The practical stop-seconds function makes handling the series extremely user-friendly (with the exception of the Flieger Vintage 6498). The choice of high-quality components guarantees uncomplicated, durable and robust Flieger watches.
Tempora Big Eye black
The design of the Tempora model, the STOWA chronograph from 1968, provided the inspiration for this wristwatch with chrono function.
