Marine classic series
STOWA starts manufacturing the Marine observation watch in 1939, one year after building its own company building. The characteristic of a classic observation watch is the very good readability. Only 288 pieces of the original STOWA observation watch were built. Meanwhile, there are different sizes and functions.

The Marine series from STOWA – stylish classics – not only beautiful, but also suitable for everyday use and very easy to read. You can choose from different dial versions – whether Arabic or Roman numerals, with or without date. The temperature-blued steel hands are that certain something that makes these watches so special.
The movements in our Marine watches
STOWA has three different movements for its Marine wristwatch to choose from. Many collectors love the classic pilot watch with hand winding in top grade. The daily ritual of winding is important for some people. The somewhat easier variant in operation – even if you wear the watch daily, is the pilot watch automatic. There are two works to choose from, one in basic grade and one in top grade. The automatic Marine watch is about 1 mm higher and the movement can be viewed under the sapphire crystal case back, just like the hand winding movement. All Marine watches from STOWA are produced with passion and love, this is what distinguishes our manufactory in the Black Forest.
