Technical features of the Fieldwatch Terra
Until now, STOWA has primarily been associated with the elements of air and water, as the company specializes in the manufacture of pilot and marine watches. Now, in a logical continuation of this legacy, STOWA is launching a watch that combines all the features ideal for use on land. The watch’s case is crafted from robust stainless steel and measures 38 millimeters in diameter. It features a matte, scratch-resistant gray PVD coating as well as being equipped with a crown guard and a screw-down crown. It houses the Sellita SW 200 automatic movement in its basic version – reliable and robust. Additionally, the watch is equipped with magnetic field protection of 80,000 amperes per meter (A/m) – that is, 1,000 gauss or 100 millitesla. And that’s not all: the water resistance has been increased to an impressive 20 ATM!

The beige Fieldwatch embodies the serene, endless expanse of sandy landscapes and desert regions. Its minimalist design ensures optimal readability and underscores the watch’s functional character. Inspired by arid, open landscapes, this Fieldwatch stands for clarity, orientation and durability. The strap – made of stretch nylon in a matching beige – echoes the natural color palette of the desert and complements the overall look with a subtle, harmonious touch.

The hands and minute track are finished in two colors, making them highly legible in the dark. And the best part: the 5-minute indices, which are printed in red during the day, also glow orange at night. The minute markers between them are printed in a light color during the day and coated with white-glowing Superluminova C1 for visibility in the dark.

The Fieldwatch Terra “Forest” for use in pristine forests
The Fieldwatch in khaki reflects the quiet depth of dense forests and the natural camouflage of untouched landscapes. The Soil color variant is inspired by earthy tones, muddy paths and natural terrain, emphasizing the model’s rugged character. By day, the dial features warm, earthy tones. With its textured, slightly matte finish, the design is almost reminiscent of dusty, earthy surfaces. The case is deliberately understated, emphasizing the watch’s utilitarian character.
