In the 1930s STOWA built numerous models in the Bauhaus school of arts style.
Excellent legibility, simple and high-quality casings with angled lugs were the common characteristics.
These style elements were very popular in those days and used by many manufacturers in Germany and Switzerland.
The Antea KS skillfully interprets the Bauhaus style and draws on the original watch, displayed in our STOWA Museum.
The museum exhibits round or rectangular watches made from steel, gold or galvanically finished casings.
All watches have the typical simple typography in common and focus on the essential, the displaying of time in unadorned form.
The Antea small second shows a beautifully decorated hand-winding movement underneath the sapphire glass case back.
This hand-winding movement gives the watch a very elegant look.
